If a user notifies you on an IC that they are unable to speak/read/understand English, and would like coaching in a different language, you need to:
- Mark the call as a DNS
- Send an email to help@livahealth.com with the member ID and the language that they are requesting
- Support will contact the member and the coach speaking that language to set up the IC directly with them.
