If you experience that the member is still showing in the overview after sending an intervention, it can be due to different reasons:

  1. If you have pinned the member, then they will stay in the overview until you unpin.
  2. If you have marked “no” in “Is this an intervention” before sending the message.
  3. If your member was more than a week overdue before you sent the intervention the schedule picks the old date first and then the current date will still be in the overview.
  4. The message is still sending in the back-end and will disappear from the overview when the message has gone
