At Liva, we understand that there may be instances where health coaches need to
take time off for holiday or sickness. We encourage coaches to make use of the
flexible three-day window in which to deliver scheduled interventions, which allows
for one-two day absences without the need to change the members' intervention
schedule.

Click here for more information on absence policy.

If you are sick and unable to complete any planned interventions, but can use the 3-day window to complete them the following day, there is no need to do anything further. You can reach out to your senior health coach if you are feeling able to complete interventions without video. If this option is taken you should inform both your senior health coach, and then member, that there is a reason for the lack of video.

If you need to take time off, please let your senior health coach know and record an absence on your account. Your upcoming interventions will be moved by the amount of days that you choose for an absence. For example if you put in 3 days sickness on Monday, then your planned interventions from this day will move to Thursday of the same week. You should then go to the “message all” tab in the advisor web to send all members a message informing them of the delay to their usual video message from you.

If you have any upcoming ICs you must inform both customer support (help@livahealth.com) and your line manager as soon as possible. You can find the cancellation form and process outlined in the Absence policy above.
